California Requirements Apply First
Professional supervised-visitation and exchange providers in Orange County remain subject to the statewide requirements in Family Code §3200.5 and Judicial Council Standard 5.20. Training is only one part of eligibility.
CDSS Mandated Reporter Course
The required child-abuse-reporting component includes the California Department of Social Services online mandated-reporter training. Training access is free. A fee may apply to obtain the official Certificate of Completion from the California Mandated Reporter Training platform.

Meet the age, background, TrustLine, Live Scan, language, court-order, and other professional-provider qualifications before providing paid services.
