Website Terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Bridging Families Academy website and educational materials.
Training Agreement
Enrollment in Academy training is also subject to the Training Materials, Participation & Copyright Acknowledgment (current version 2026.1). Enrolled participants must accept the current agreement electronically through the authenticated Training Portal and reaffirm the live-class rules before live credit is finalized.
Effective date: September 2, 2026
Educational Information, Not Legal Advice
Website content is general professional education and is not legal advice, a legal opinion, a court directive, or a substitute for reviewing current law, the operative court order, local court procedures, agency policy, or advice from qualified counsel.
Independent Training Provider and Credential Scope
Bridging Families Academy is an independent training provider. Its California Professional Supervised Visitation and Exchange Services Provider Training is designed to align with the training requirements of California Family Code §3200.5 and California Standard of Judicial Administration 5.20. An Academy certificate documents completion of Academy requirements and is not a state license, government certification, court appointment, or guarantee of professional eligibility. Individual courts may have additional local requirements or may determine what training documentation they will accept.
Coming-Soon and Interest-List Offerings
The Academy may publish planned courses before dates, tuition, curriculum, materials, or enrollment are finalized. An interest-list submission requests future information only; it does not constitute enrollment, reserve a seat, require payment, or guarantee that a planned course will be offered in a particular format or on a particular date.
Attendance Modalities, Tuition, and Enrollment
The Academy may offer Live In-Classroom Training and Live Instructor-Led Virtual Classroom Training as attendance modalities for the same 12-hour live instructor-led curriculum, including concurrent delivery when designated for a cohort. The 24-hour program includes 12 verified live instructional hours and 12 guided self-paced hours. Current tuition is $499 for either attendance modality unless a written cohort notice states otherwise. Dates, instructional times, capacity, venue or platform procedures, payment deadlines, refunds, transfers, and enrollment status are governed by the written cohort notice and Enrollment and Attendance Policy.
Accuracy and Current Sources
Laws, standards, forms, links, and local procedures may change. The Academy seeks to use reliable sources, but users are responsible for confirming current official information.
Intellectual Property and Participant Recording
Academy materials, presentations, exercises, written content, graphics, recordings, assessments, and instructional methods may be protected by copyright and other rights. Participants may not record, photograph, screen-capture, livestream, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or share protected content or participant information without written authorization.
Academy Recording
The Academy may record sessions or designated portions with advance notice and any required consent procedure for attendance verification, quality assurance, accessibility, or resolution of an attendance dispute. Academy recordings are restricted, are not distributed as course replays, and do not replace live attendance.

Users may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive information, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, or use forms for spam or harassment.
