California Requirements Apply First
Professional supervised-visitation and exchange providers in San Diego County remain subject to the statewide requirements in Family Code §3200.5 and Judicial Council Standard 5.20. Training is only one part of eligibility.
CDSS Mandated Reporter Course
The required child-abuse-reporting component includes the California Department of Social Services online mandated-reporter training. Training access is free. A fee may apply to obtain the official Certificate of Completion from the California Mandated Reporter Training platform.

San Diego County Training Considerations
San Diego deserves special attention because the Superior Court’s current PPSV Policy (ADM-390) contains a local training-source restriction for providers seeking inclusion on the court’s PPSV list. That is a San Diego list-specific rule, not a statewide rule limiting who may teach California Standard 5.20 training.
